We are supporting two of the UK’s most iconic Football Clubs to prepare their stadiums, and training facilities, for the safe and compliant return of ‘The Beautiful Game’.
Both Arsenal and West Ham have invested in the safety and wellbeing of their players and staff and are now engaged in a consultative process, with ARC, to understand how they can ensure their valuable supporters also stay safe and well when they eventually return to their beloved Emirates and London Stadiums.
ARC has been delighted to be playing a part in the gradual re-emergence, of the world’s greatest football league, from the global sporting lockdown.
Lee Heywood – one of ARC UK’s most successful and experienced Business Solutions Managers – has been working closely, with both clubs, to ensure they have everything they need to maintain the safety of their staff and players, as the respective clubs begin their transitioning back to normality:
“As a part time goalkeeping coach, with Crystal Palace; I understand how an English Premiership Football Club works and this was a great help, when I was working with both Arsenal and West Ham, because everyone involved had a clear understanding of the end goal – pardon the unintended pun.
The representatives, from both clubs, were delighted they could talk with someone who clearly understood their immediate and longer-term needs. They also very quickly realised I had the best interests, of their respective club, at the forefront of every action and proposal I presented to them.
I didn’t have traditional ‘sales’ meetings, with the people I was dealing with, because ARC adopts a consultative approach, which is totally focused on the client’s needs and wants – we listen and advise before providing a no-obligation proposal, which encapsulates our inception to completion service; consisting of an informal consultation, full on-site survey, an easy to understand proposal and a full fitting service… job done!”
