ARC Document Solutions UK | [Dartford / Bridgwater] Production Centre Full-time | Permanent

The Role
We're looking for an experienced, reliable Large Format Print Finisher to join our production team. You'll finish, prepare and quality-check a wide range of large format work, making sure every job leaves ARC accurate, on time and to the high standard our clients expect.
Proven experience operating CNC / digital flatbed cutting systems (Zund, Kongsberg, Summa or JWEI) is essential for this role.
You'll work closely with our print, production and installation teams to turn printed output into finished products ready for retail stores, construction sites, offices and events.

This is a hands-on role in a busy ARC production centre. You may stand for long periods, lift and move printed materials and substrates, and work with large format machinery and equipment.

We're looking for a tenacious, energetic, and commercially hungry Hunter Salesperson to identify new prospects, open doors and create opportunities for ARC.
This is a genuine new-business role. You'll be expected to identify organisations that could benefit from what ARC does, find the right people, start the conversation, and turn that conversation into a commercial opportunity.
You won't be selling a single product from a catalogue.
ARC can deliver everything from large-format print and graphics to signage, environmental branding, display, exhibitions, scanning, installation, and bespoke production solutions – giving you plenty of reasons to start a conversation.

This role is focused on the finishing of large format printed materials – not clothing or fashion. You’ll be working with PVC banners, textiles, and UV printed media, ensuring every product meets our high production standards.

We are looking for a skilled Print Pre-Press Operator with strong experience using PrintFactory RIP software to join our production team.
This role is critical in ensuring all artwork is correctly prepared, colour managed, and optimised for print across a range of large format devices. You’ll act as the link between design, production, and finishing – making sure jobs run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
