Absolutely fantastic customer service with ARC document solutions, especially from their staff member Harry (Dartford Store) I called very unexpectedly, and needed some documents scanned. Harry fitted me in immediately, without any hesitation or fuss. From the moment I called, to then later arriving, I was met with exceptional professionalism, kindness and warmth.
