Chris and Iain, I would like to thank you so much for going above & beyond for me and Mckinsey & Company as always in getting the Canadian bind booklets done in the time they were all done. This is not the first time you have come to our rescue even when we have not respected allocated lead times - please accept my apologies. Permit me to say that yourself, Iain, Peter Taylor, Andy Smith, James Cannon, Steve Page, Roy, Alan, etc, and the ENTIRE staff @ARC are a phenomenal credit not just to ARC, but good ambassadors to the Print Industry and the working community at large. Your customer service is second to none.

I am really happy with ATM as I came for getting a quote and some sort of advise with binding, and came out with my perfectly bound book. Staff were very helpful and quick. Highly recommend!!

I cant recommend ARC enough. The quality of their printing is fantastic, and the service is even better! Iain helped me out with all of my printing queries and made sure that I was happy with the final result. I had a very positive experience printing with ARC, and I definitely suggest you check it out if you need any printing done, especially if it's after office hours as they are open late. 10 out of 10!
Iain Fraser is a legend when all around him could not print to the spec he took control and produced a miracle what an asset to the best printer in the UK well done everybody at ARC

Dear James, Martin, and everyone else at ARC, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for your tremendous help last week. on behalf of everyone at Jemlab. We were having a bit of a nightmare finishing all the documents in time for a directors meeting that was suddenly announced. It really meant a lot that you were so patient and helpful throughout the past two weeks. The quality of your support (& printing) cannot be understated.
I worked on a recent project with ARC and I can't emphasise how much Ben Lay and Chris Downs went above and beyond. They helped with all of my last minute requests and deadlines which kept moving and delivered great quality collateral. Thank you Ben and Chris!
