Absolutely the best printers out there - can't recommend highly enough. They did our wedding invitations for us, and were extremely accommodating, patient and positive throughout. Particular shout-out to Kira, who really knocked it out of the park with her ability to decipher my vague description of what I was after! I came across ARC when they moved to where I work and approached them about a 'vanity' publishing project I had. Lee was immensely helpful and proactive and a quotation was quickly turned around. I then had to finish the content and get a designer for the cover. Again Lee was very helpful in putting me in contact with ARC's in-house design team. After a professional briefing from Rhys of the team several proposed designs were quickly sent over and all could have been acceptable. We pushed the button and I picked up the 200 copies from their Metal Box office. My co-author was thrilled with the quality and the excellent cover and text paper choice. We are delighted with it and sales of the print run have already commenced! Not sure how many books ARC has ever printed but I might be supplying their first copy to the V&A Museum library!
