Excellent service in a pinch! I had an emergency when my printer stopped working and urgently needed printouts. I went to ARC document solutions and the whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I got exactly what I needed without any hassle. Really appreciate how smooth everything went.

Absolutely fantastic customer service with ARC document solutions, especially from their staff member Harry (Dartford Store) I called very unexpectedly, and needed some documents scanned. Harry fitted me in immediately, without any hesitation or fuss. From the moment I called, to then later arriving, I was met with exceptional professionalism, kindness and warmth. I cannot thank ARC enough, especially Harry, who met my needs with utter urgency and accuracy. I would most definitely recommend ARC. Thank you again for all your help and support.
