More about Fabric Printing

Fabric that can be customised is our new obsession. Choose from thousands of patterns, then customize the colour, scale, pattern repeat, and more! Now, no matter what project you’re working on, you’ll be able to choose the ideal cloth.

Cotton can be printed with a digital textile printing equipment. Most digital printers employ reactive inks to provide the best possible quality, as this type of ink has the best wash fastness for printing on cotton.

Block, roller, screen, and heat transfer printing are the four main processes of textile printing. The application of the color, usually in the form of a thicker paste, is followed by fixing, usually by steaming or heating, and then removal of the surplus color by washing in each of these procedures.

Because printer ink isn’t permanent on cloth, you’ll need to give it a vinegar bath to help it set. Place the fabric sheet in a flat baking dish and pour in just enough white vinegar to just cover it.

Printed Fabrics items are priced between $75 and $96 per meter from April 21 to March 22.

Your logo can be printed on transfer paper, which is a specific type of paper. Because the magic happens in the paper, this can be done with a conventional inkjet printer. After you’ve printed your logo on the transfer paper, all you have to do now is iron it onto the cloth.

To put it another way, digital printing on cloth works in the same way as a home inkjet printer does. In fact, this kind of fabric printing has no boundaries on the project itself — you may print any image on the fabric, regardless of the amount of colors or tonal transitions between them.

cotton We recommend using 100 percent cotton for digital printing. Cotton will retain the ink considerably better, giving you a crystal-clear reproduction of your design regardless of the color of your t-shirt.
