We offer shredding services as an add-on to all our scanning projects. For your convenience, you have the option to add shredding service to your scanning engagement.
We will take care of the destruction of your paper documents quickly and securely. The shredding is done at one of our facilities after the documents are collected from your office.
Paper accumulates quickly and regularly; but once your papers are scanned and available digitally, shredding is a convenient and affordable option to destroy your mountains of paper and recover the space and expense of hard copy storage.
In both cases, you can rest assure that there is an accurate chain of custody process, and tight inventory controls in place, to ensure that only the exact boxes targeted for destruction are actually destroyed. Also, both services include a Certificate of Destruction, validating that the target boxes have been destroyed as ordered.
In all cases, a specific target list of boxes is generated, and signed off by the customer, preferably by signature of two different representatives of the customer. The target list will be verified at least twice, by two different ARC specialists, and the shredding technician, to ensure only the targeted boxes are destroyed as mandated by the list.

The act of printing digitally created pictures directly onto a range of media substrates is known as digital printing. Unlike offset printing, there is no requirement for a printing plate. Instead of using plates like offset printing does, digital printing can also utilise toner (found in laser printers) or bigger printers that use liquid ink. Digital printing is more effective for orders with fewer pieces and high levels of detail. Between the digital document files and the finished result, unlike traditional printing, there is no pre-press step. Additionally, there is no need for filthy formatting tools like film plates or photo chemicals.
