ARC’s multi-sector inception to completion expertise was considered essential to deliver the project on time and on budget!

Our Design Studio began by preparing Disney’s supplied artwork to suit Bluewater’s unique spaces. Every asset was adapted and refined for real-world environments. Cutter guides were created, colour standards matched, and production files meticulously prepared to guarantee accuracy across dozens of surface types and formats.
Sustainability sits at the heart of every ARC project, and the ‘Zoowater’ takeover was produced with eco-friendly materials, responsible print processes and carefully selected substrates; ensuring stunning visual impact while reducing environmental footprint. From PVC-free options to energy-efficient print systems, we prioritised greener choices at every stage without compromising vibrancy or durability.

The Zoowater transformation quickly became a highlight for shoppers. Families explored the graphics as if walking through the film itself. Children spotted their favourite characters from afar, and social feeds filled with photos from the activation. The objective was to increase visibility and footfall for Alpro’s marquee activation by deploying high-impact, eco-conscious large-format graphics strategically placed in high-traffic zones.
The installation included escalator vinyl wraps, backlit SEG fabric lightboxes, branded wayfinding totems, pillar wraps, and roller banner materials.
They used sustainable substrates like correx and recyclable roller banner material, and applied low-emission printing processes to align with Alpro’s environmental values.
ARC coordinated closely with Bluewater operations to plan and deliver the installation safely and seamlessly, minimizing disruption to shoppers.
Key placements included the Rose Gallery and Thameswalk escalators; near M&S for lightbox displays; on several pillars at John Lewis and M&S; and multiple wayfinding totems around high pedestrian flow routes.
Wayfinding totems are freestanding signs designed to guide visitors. Four branded correx wayfinding totems were installed initially, with a fifth scheduled once artwork was ready.
